SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in industry areas such as restaurants, resorts, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. However, students will be required to provide their USI and complete a language, literacy and numeracy test.

MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age is 15 years. If you are under 18 your application must be signed by a parent or guardian.

TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT DELIVERY

Training and Assessment will take place:

Classroom: Training and assessment takes place in a classroom and involves discussions and activities.

Self-directed learning: Further study and assessment activities are done by participants in their own time.

Assessment: The methods in which students are assessed may include written questions, scenarios and observations.

Students are required to complete a compulsory 36 service periods (shifts) of work experience to successfully complete this qualification.

GOVERNMENT FUNDING & FEES

Ask our training team about your eligibility for course funding or a payment plan. This course is fee free for Year 12 graduates (within one year of graduating).
