SIR30216 – Certificate III in Retail.

Learn to provide outstanding customer service! This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering on organisational expectations. They have sound knowledge of product and service offerings. These individuals possess a range of well-developed skills where discretion and judgement is required. They work with some independence under limited supervision. Some individuals working at this level are responsible for supervising other team members and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. However, students will be required to provide their USI and complete a language, literacy and numeracy test.

MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age is 15 years. If you are under 18 your application must be signed by a parent or guardian.

TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT DELIVERY

Training and Assessment will take place:

Classroom: Training and assessment takes place in a classroom and involves discussions and activities.

Self-directed learning: Further study and assessment activities are done by participants in their own time.

Assessment: The methods in which students are assessed may include written questions, scenarios and observations.
